Great customer service!
This negative review is not reflective of the staff at the Carlsbad location. The staff was great 3 years ago when buying my daughter's running shoes for high school cross country. The issue is I cancelled my membership 2 years ago when it was automatically renewed because I no longer needed it. Last year (2025) I had a charge on my credit card for another annual renewal. I came in for some new insoles to help with some pain in my feet. Milly- was so kind and patient while I was explaining my foot pain and what it’s from and what exactly I was looking for. He also helped install my new insoles into my work shoes for me because I was struggling. Give this guy a raise!
