I learned so much about my feet with the foot scan! I had no idea my feet were two different sizes, and that my arches are actually different heights. Made a lot of sense in terms of the pain and imbalances I experience. I know online shopping is easy, but I'm really glad I made the trek to the store. I likely would not have bought the style nor the size I ended up in had I not had the in-person experience. Highly recommend!
I took my nephew to get the experience of getting fitted for good comfortable tennis shoes. The specialist at the santa monica store name was Joshua aka Jojo. Jojo took his time with him and me. As the young kids says, the rich auntie shoes bill was $712.00 well worth the experience and I left with two pairs and nephew with one pair, insoles and socks. It was my first time at this location and Kenyan in SAMO location was of the utmost service to me. He was very attentive and took a lot of time and care into helping me while helping others. I left happy and confident with my shoes and insoles, he made my experience memorable and left me wanting to come back. Thank you for not treating it as “just a job”.
