Came in to get the road runner experience I have heard about from friends and seen online.. disappointed! Was kinda ignored and I was really looking to purchase shoes and insoles as im training for an Ironman run in September.. I was dressed in workout attire as I just came from a long run, ill look online for someone else that may want my business instead
Love this store! Staff are friendly and helpful. They have lots of shoe options,great member benefits and easy returns. If they don't have what you are looking for, they'll order it for you. We buy all our running/walking shoes at Road Runner.
Road Runner Sport in Rockville, MD is nothing but a fraud and kept my money. I ordered a pair of shoes directly from the store to have it delivered to my home. I signed up and paid for the VIP membership which included fast delivery in about 5 to 7 days. After 3 weeks I contacted the store to inquire about my delivery and they said it is on back order and I should expect it in 2 weeks.
