I received very good service at the Oxnard location, have visited there twice, and both times sales people were helpful. This last visit I had to do an exchange and the two sales people on the floor were busy w other customers so the manager who was working on a project in the back came out and helped me until the salesperson was available. She was also great.
Like some of the other reviews have said the sales people are really pushy for a shoe store. Can be helpful for some, uncomfortable for others.
The person I was dealing with was very knowledgeable and helpful.
David was very helpful.
