The problem with these reviews they are one sided !any one can say anything. we have a very large customer base that are very happy !
We took our RV in for some repairs and work to be done. Customer service was TERRIBLE. High pressure sales pitches for parts that did not need to be replaced. Could not get the work done in a timely manner. They would not replace parts (a air conditioner vent cover and slide molding) that they broke or tore without me paying for it. They would not fix the awning that they installed with the wrong size arms nor would they cover the cost of fixing it. Would not return phone calls.
