Their sign says that their vacuums suck and they literally didn’t work, but I went and told the guy that I paid for a car wash and just to use the vacuum that didn’t work and he fixed it so I’ll give them four

First of all, for a self-service car wash, I felt that it did an excellent job. Vacuums and compressed air worked well. I was very happy with it. Also, it turned out that I had inadvertently signed up for the monthly unlimited washes to renew each month. Given that we're only in AZ one month per year, this was clearly a mistake on my part. When I brought this up with management, they immediately put steps in place to facilitate a refund. My experience was very good.

I've used Roadrunner Express Car Wash for about 3 years. It is apparent by some of the reviews that some people do not understand the difference between a "self-service" car wash, and a "full-service" car wash. Or, if they do, somewhere along the way they've dreamed up the fantasy that a self-service car wash should produce the same results as a full-service car wash 🤦🏻.
