Just be aware that when you’re selecting add ons at this car wash you might not get them. I always get the basic $4.99 car wash plus the carnauba wax add on for $1.99 but more than half of the time don’t get it. I can tell by how the car looks afterwards and when dispensing soap inside the car wash, the color changes. At first I thought maybe it was an isolated incident but seems like they’re trying to pull a fast one on their customers. Their sign says that their vacuums suck and they literally didn’t work, but I went and told the guy that I paid for a car wash and just to use the vacuum that didn’t work and he fixed it so I’ll give them four

First of all, for a self-service car wash, I felt that it did an excellent job. Vacuums and compressed air worked well. I was very happy with it. Also, it turned out that I had inadvertently signed up for the monthly unlimited washes to renew each month. Given that we're only in AZ one month per year, this was clearly a mistake on my part. When I brought this up with management, they immediately put steps in place to facilitate a refund. My experience was very good.
