Can't thank the team at Road Runner enough. They have been there every step of the way in my MTB journey - also professional, knowledgeable and down to talk shop. Had the pleasure of riding with them a couple times as well. Tom went above and beyond offering to drop a bike I was shipping off at UPS for me after they helped disassemble and pack it up for me.
The guys are always helpful, respectful, reasonably priced, get servicing done quickly. We've used them 6 years for service and I bought a Specialized Mountain bike from them also. Highly recommend Roadrunner!
I busted my chain on morning ride. I called Road Runner Bike when they opened and Tyler told me I could bring it in for repairs and get it back same day (hell yeah). When I got there, he said, how about we do it now and you can take it. He was awesome! I ride my YT Decoy MX super hard and it had issues already. He cleaned my gears inside rear hub, cleaned o-rings and then replaced my chain. I’ve been visiting various bike shops in search of quality work, and I’m really glad I found this one. I came in to get some cable rework and a few other small adjustments. The team delivered! Not only was the work top-notch, but they also tweaked and adjusted other components, leaving my bike looking fantastic. I’m extremely happy with the results and will definitely be back! 10/10!
