Extremely satisfied with the service completed at the Road Runner. The front counter staff went above and beyond to help this out of town girl. We needed brakes to drive home and they accommodated us in a timely manner, with a decent price. Road Runner…… beep beep
It is stressful to have one's car develop problems when almost 2000 km from home. Even though they were obviously very busy, they booked me a quick appointment and got me back on the road. In addition, you will also be hard pressed to find a friendlier group of people. Thank you very much for your help.
Actually they are great at their work—from what i know of Mark as a talented and honest mechanic at his previous place, and my friends and partner rave about Road Runner’s work. So Why just two stars? Communication. Maybe it’s the busy season, but after several tries chasing after a full voicemail box, i got through on two occasions, a week apart to book an appointment.
