They said I didn't need an appointment when I called to get one but when I had my car towed in, the person who brought it in was told they might not get to it that day... I called when I got off work and they hadn't done anything, same story next morning so I expressed I really needed my car by next business day, not realizing at this time that they close early on Saturday. I took my 2017 Lexus for a wheel alignment and they charged me $85 which was fine but they did a poor job. I noticed that my car was making a lot of noise like if it was going to fall apart. I thought it was the shocks at first so I took it to my mechanics shop and he noticed that there were screws loose and that's why it was making all the noise. Very poor service and I will never come here again. The sad part is that I was sent here by a good person.

I went to have the a/c fixed in my Altima right before the heat started this year. They straightened it out very quick for a fair price and it's still blowing ice cold 3 months later. Very happy with the service I received and highly recommend them.
