The left side support bracket for my saddle bags and exhaust broke and it’s such a common issue on Road Kings come to find out (I have a 2008 Road King and I am a fairly new Harley rider). I came into the shop and instead of looking up the parts online we went straight to the manual and looked up the part number! They had the right side brackets but not the left side, however, I found the part the same day in Daytona Beach. It was a quick fix! Beware this company was the worst!!They weren't professional at all and instead of fixing their mistake they didn't care at all!charges almost 200 for a tire inner tube replacement,40 for picking up the motorcycle,I could of bought a new tire for that price and didn't even give us the options she calls and says the tire was in good condition and charged over 120 to labor!! Then she calls after the tire was placed and said the tire is dangerous and from 2021 but never even asked us if we wanted a new tire!22 dollars for a inn... read more
Excellent service and extremely helpful. Despite a small scooter (Zuma125) the treatment was 5+ stars. Even took care of additional items as a courtesy. No hesitation... I'll be back w my bigger bikes in the future for all maintenance issues now that I see the value and professionalism. Thank you John( technician)....thank you Road Rash!!
Brought my CF Motto 675ss in because there was a nail in my tire. We ordered the tire it was here and installed the next business. Great communication and service along with the best prices around.
I highly recommend Road Rash Motorcycle. They are the best in Daytona Beach. When I arrived for the 2026 event, I had a problem with my rear tire my Road king . Even though they didn’t have the tire I needed in stock, they went out of their way to help me find one. Their customer service was outstanding and the whole team was very helpful and professional. I’m very grateful for their help and I wish them continued success and prosperity in their business.
