They are involved with a mystery shopping company called Elite CXS. This company NEVER pays its secret shoppers. It's a bad look for you to be involved with this sham company. Do your research Road Ranger-or, at the very least, read their reviews. There a many reputable mystery shopping companies you can contract with. Why do insist on using the one that doesn't pay the people who do the work??
Very, very sad company to work at. Turnover rate is crazy and hardly anyone lasts here because they hate it so much. Constantly overworks salaried employees so they don't need to compensate you for your work. Be prepared to constantly clean up after grown adults (literally and figuratively). Lots of casual racism. Majority of colleagues still couldn't pronounce my name correctly even after working there for 6 months.
Called the store in Marion Ill. Talked to the kitchen Mgr. She promised to get bk with me by the end of the day.that was a lie. 4 days later I call corporate. Heard the same promise. Again that was a lie.
