Not fair for me to rank this place since I work here but it is filled with people that care about customers and work hard to ensure that our customers get a fair deal and are able to be extremely productive. Scheduled maintenance on new Komatsu's is covered for the first two years to control the customers costs. Industry leading uptime with Tier 4 solution.
I have been on hold for more than 10 minutes - not a good impression for a first time customer.
