Tried to get the Tauranga branch of Atlas Auto to come out an look at my car. Emailed, sent photos, had to chase them twice, said they'd send someone little to no communication. It operation seemed a bit rudderless and uninterested. In contrast, I rang Hifimotors.co.nz (cash for cars) and within 5 minutes i had a call and an appoinment to come out and view at a time i chose. No suprise who i'll be dealing with in future.
Sadly Roadlife RV has gone into liquidation before sorting an expensive issue with our Sunliner Chase camper bought new from them and still under warranty. Sunliner HQ in Australia has been worse than useless, denying the issue completely despite expert advice and Roadlife RV admitting the problem (before going into liquidation).
