I was interested in a 2018 Honda CR-V they had listed, but the experience was a mess from the start. I asked for the VIN to verify the details, and they first gave me the VIN of a 2018 Civic, which was clearly not the right car. I asked again, and they gave me the VIN of a 2020 CR-V, which was also not what they were advertising.
