Roadfitness is the place to be. The PT’s are super friendly and they always take the time to explain each workout, and never make me feel dumb for asking basic questions. Other members are also encouraging and willing to help out which made such a difference. If you’re someone who feels unsure or new to the gym, this is the place to start. Everyone begins somewhere, and this gym really makes you feel like you belong from day one.

A huge part of what makes Road Fitness so special is the quality of the trainers. I recently had a 1-on-1 session with Hayley, and she was absolutely outstanding. In just 30 minutes, she helped correct several bad habits I’d picked up from years of uninstructed lifting. Great gym with a solid atmosphere. The equipment is always clean and well maintained, and there’s plenty of space even during busy times. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the members are respectful which makes it easy to focus on training.
