I have a bad experience with them. They do absolutely Totally unprofessional work. I have freightliner Cascadia. I have stair tire flat. I buy a tire from them on the road site service he come to fix it to me. He was un respectful absolutely zero experience even he left me and go on my tires. They have only 60 psi air. For the 1st time in many years as an independent owner operator, I truly felt like a shop cared and understood the trucking industry and the struggles we go through. Mrs. Katie was kind, extremely fair and you could tell she really has the truckers best interest at heart over just making a $! I would highly recommend her over any other place! I will go out of my way to continue to use MRS. KATIE!!!! My family and I appreciate the outstanding service and pleasant experience!!!!!
5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had an amazing experience! My trailer broke down on the road, and they came out right away to help. They replaced the wheels, changed the U-bolts, and even fixed the AC so everything was back to perfect condition. A huge thanks to Zackary, the mechanic—he was professional, friendly, and really went above and beyond to get everything done quickly. I highly recommend this team to anyone in need of reliable and fast trailer repair!
This is a excellent company to work with. They are professional, and came me highly recommended. All four of my air bags were blown on a loaded car hauler, the weight caused the leaf springs to snap off as well. I called several mobile mechanics to work on the trailer and non of them even attempted to help because of the severity of the problem. We had a blow out on our 5th wheel RV on March 11th 2025. Zack came took the tire off went got us one and came back and solved our problem. We only were on the roadside for 1.5 hrs. Highly recommend this company, very nice lady we spoke to on the phone and Zack was nice and worked fast. No better roadside in the area.
