Very worst place is that they worked on my truck 5 days the Machinc and lady owner are rude behaviour with customers even they didn’t find fault but made bill of $3000 can be asked to me I can send it over the email. After 5 days I had to get my truck towed and dealership find fault was anywhere else but he made money on that work was not needed. There close dealership in lake Charles I got my truck towed . If a job is beyond your shop’s capabilities, please say so over the phone from the beginning. I understand that if you are honest and tell customers not to bring their trucks in, you may lose the opportunity to collect labor charges. But that does not justify telling customers that you can do the job when you actually cannot. You had me bring my truck in, took it apart, and left me stuck with a disassembled truck and no choice but to wait. Be careful with this company. They charged us almost 3 times more than other truck repair shops for the same brake repair. After we declined the repair because of the price, they still tried to charge us for several hours of diagnostics. 1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience I came to this shop at 10:00 AM for a service and unfortunately it turned into a very frustrating experience. The mechanic who first worked on my truck showed very little knowledge and had a poor attitude. He would work for 30 seconds and then disappear for long periods, wasting hours of my time.
