This finance company is not one that I will refer anyone too I been with them two years and AARON KELLY calls your phone like he is a probation officer or bounty hunter he is rude no sympathy and disrespectful and when you call to speak with manager he is making excuses for the rude behavior (GREG) and then the whole staff plays this phone game like something is wrong with the phone .. The customer service is very very poor. The billing representative was very rude & condescending more than once! First time making a late payment and they were unwilling to make a payment arrangement over ten days. The representative was patronizing and condescending throughout the entire conversation. I will never use this company again!

Would never recommend this company to anyone. My hubby has been diagnosed with leukemia. He was the sole provider for this family. He is in the Hospital and won't be released for at least a month. And only then if he goes into remission. When we tried to explain this to Mr West we were told sorry but I didn't make him sick. We asked what amount we could please pay this week and then the rest next week we were told the entire amount had to be paid by this Saturday or they would be coming to get my car. this company is bogus and they have no sympathy for anyone making a low income when you get a month behind they are ready to repo your car i paid my last car off with no problem because the company would work with me but this company please avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fast and Friendly Customer Service. Tate has been great to work with. Everyone I have spoken with has been helpful and the service has been excellent. I would definitely recommend them as a car lender.
