RecommendedMy kids and I got a flat tire after running over debris on I-95 south. We were headed for an afternoon at the beach! I know how to change a tire, however I was unaware that it’s nearly impossible to release the spare under the Toyota Sequoia! A huge thanks to Nigel at Road Angels! He arrived quickly! He knew exactly how to remove the spare. He got us back on the road and out of this 100 degree heat quickly! Friendly and very helpful! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
My battery died today in the extreme heat and Nigel came out within minutes of my call. I was amazed! My hood would not lift up (an issue I was unaware of), and Nigel tried and tried in this heat until he finally got it up— without charging me an arm and a leg! Nigel went above and beyond, even taking additional time to replace a screw that was missing to hold my battery in place. Best customer service, timeliness, and consideration!! WOW!! I highly recommend Road Angels!!
Road Angels is just that. Nigel was at my place for a flat tire within 15-20 minutes. He was ready to do whatever I needed but turned out to be simple. Thank you for your prompt and professional service. Will definitely recommend and use again myself.
Great company.. Fast ,friendly,and the cheapest I could find. The guy came strait out he was done in 30 mins and I had a stripped lug nut.. he went right to work and got it done... I totally recommend them..
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND BUSINESS! ORDERED LOCKOUT SERVICE, TALKED THE DRIVER THROUGH DIRECTIONS FOR 20 MINUTES WHILE HE CURSED ABOUT TRAFFIC AND OTHER DRIVERS! THEN PROCEEDED TO GET FRUSTRATED, RAISE HIS VOICE AT ME, THEN NEGLECT TO COME UNLOCK MY CAR AND JUST LEFT!
