I've used this company for years, my wife rang last week to book a.M.O.T. on the phone I had two options..Tuesday at 8am which i said no. Or today morning ish Saturday 6.9.25 said just leave your bike here as tony is, extremely busy ..arrived 12,15...to be honest I was perplexed with Tony's attitude plus lady from balcony saying watch your back, tony is usually a perfect gentleman and goes above and beyond...but one problem..on my M.O.T says my horn doesn't work...hopefully tony you heard me pipping ..don't know what button ... read more
Just wanted to leave some feedback. For context, I'm 53, decided to get the CBT done (October- cross ya fingers for me!)- never been in a bike shop in my life. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Massive thanks to Tony and John. They knew I wasn't buying there and then- even though, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Gave me advice, spent time pulling different bikes out for me to get the feel of size wise (I'm a big unit with little legs and T-Rex arms). Highly recommend this dealership. Tony greated me with genuine warmth when I arrived, showed me round and provided a very welcome brew. My bike was sorted in no time at all and of I rode off a very happy bunny. Five stars is not enough !!!
Fantastic and honest service from first contact, through to collecting the bike. Purchased my first bike from Road & Trials after finding them to be very competitive, and offering one of the best condition bikes of the model wanted. All questions were answered quickly, simple process to purchase and collection arranged at my convenience (but also offered delivery).
