Road Adventures provides an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff is friendly, responsive and knowledgeable in all things related to RVs and getting you ready to hit the road! They have a clean tip top shape RV for every type of adventure. I look forward to many more camping trips with my family and we will always go to Road Adventures. Yes, there was a viral Tik Tok video, and now people who know nothing about this business or the situation are angry and giving this Road Adventures 1 star reviews. It has been proven that this woman LIED to obtain a free RV for her grandfather. Then signed a contract which was immediately breached. Road Adventures was doing a wonderful thing by helping veterans and first responders, and she continued to LIE and trash them on the internet. If I could give zero I would. Throwing an old man out of the RV without his oxygen or his belongings!!!! This company did what appeared to be a good deed by helping an elderly man who is a hurricane Helene victim obtain an RV. The grand daughter who signed the rental agreement did not understand the terms of the contract and that it could not be moved or driven. She drove to get propane for the RV.
