My first ever one star review. Everything went great up until our last day. Reservation process was smooth and accommodating. Very poor customer service if anything goes wrong. Heat rain out and they never told us there were two propane tanks or how to switch. They also charged an extra $100 for dumping fee when we were quoted $20 per the delivery company. No empathy from management team.
THE BEST!!! We have rented from Road Adventures year after year for a local festival, and the team is just incredible! Very knowledgeable, very thorough, and genuinely kind. You can tell they take pride in their vehicles, and that demands my full respect. Each time we rent, the RV has been spotless and fully equipped with absolutely zero issues throughout travel.
