Dr Roa is so knowledgeable, caring always on time for my appointments.
Dr. Roa has the best bedside manner. He is an extremely respectful and kind doctor. I am glad I found him and his staff!!!
I need a new cardiologist so after research I called doctor Roa's office twice over a few days with no return calls. Therefore, I sent him a letter by fax explaining that no on was getting back to me. It's been eight days since the fax and still no response from his office. In addition, my primary care doctor sent his office her referral. I would assume this is a staff problem but it is no way to operate a medical office.
They went out of their way to make sure my mother was taken care of yesterday. Very empathetic staff. I am so very grateful for their quick response, service and the care they show their patients!
Had two appointments for evaluation for a heart procedure. Great service, very prompt, very informative, and friendly!
