Outstanding service - very nice establishment
I had a flat tire out of the blue and RO got me in right away. It couldn't be repaired, so they put my spare on free of charge. The guys were super friendly, knowledgeable, and had an affordable replacement for me within 24 hours.
The owner Carl and his crew are wonderful! My tire light came on and reached out to Carl and he said he would take a look at it. Very polite and very professional, took the tire off and I had a tire that couldn’t be repaired. He did not have the tire in stock and reached out to his friend that had my tire size. Again, very professional I was able to get my tire. :) level Of customer service is perfect. Honest, integrity and takes care of his customers.
