I am a little surprised how highly it's rated. The place is similar to the Raku chain (which I happen to like) in terms of more simple roll-heavy food. The tuna sampler nigiri and the Cut Above roll that uses tuna and toro was just ok but not nearly the freshness and quality of other places, including raku that at least has high quality negitoro. Highly recommended! We went there for a dinner, ordered chicken bao, 2 Classic rolls and 2 special rolls. Everything seemed very fresh and delicious, even Classic rolls had a nice touch to them. Surprisingly when we were waiting they offered miso soup for free, which was really tasty as well. Service was impeccable, the young man that was our waiter really professional and kind.
