Dr Grogan was very thorough and attentive to my needs. His infectious smile really eased my worries. His staff was pleasant and always made me feel like I was important and they were there to assist me however they can. Waking up in recovery Nurse McKenzie went out of her way making sure my needs were met. She stayed with me until my situation changed assuring me she didn't mind. I was the only patient in the ward and she was the only staff. Thank you all..🤟🏾
Dr. Grogans and his staff behaved in a professional manner and answered all of my questions.
Easy in and out and such a nice Dr. to talk with. Unfortunately, I was sent to do pre-op blood work and had 15 days to do it. After driving 45 minutes on day 12 to get it done, they still had not submitted my order so I have to go back another time.
Dr. Grogans is a phenomenal doctor who takes the time to really listen. I can't thank him enough for his knowledge, kindness and willingness to do more than his best.
