I worked here since 2008 and left in 2023 . Rick Harrell was a good boss and a fair boss. Treated his employees well and kept equipment up to date and running . After he sold the company the new owners came in and said RO is a good running company so we are not gonna change anything . Well after Rick worked through the adjustment period EVERYTHING changed some for the good and a lot for the worse .
