Had my first ever Botox treatment with Whitney and she was amazing! She was so patient while she answered my questions and walked me through the process. She clearly knows what she is doing and was sweet and professional. There was no pressure to go beyond my budget. The spa was clean and charming.
When i tell you Rachel did an amazing job with my bitty lip filler and botox, she killed it!! she was very soft and gentle and did it super quick and efficient! love that she’s a perfectionist because she made me lips look so symmetrical. my first ever botox too and she was so honest and helped me achieve the best look for my face. Update–March 8, 2026 I’m adding this update after RO responded to this review nearly a year later. Their reply contains several inaccuracies about the timeline and our communication, so I want to correct the record for readers. Attached is a screenshot of RO's response, which they have deleted. My treatment took place on 12/22/24, & I contacted RO on 3/4/25 when it became clear that the results had not held as expected.
