Navarre Cockburn stole 1400 dollars from me. He refuses to communicate with me. Caution with this guy. I’m 70 years old, I hired a 25 year old man to cut some limbs. He looked at the project and said “no problem”. He didn’t do the job and kept my money. He is a thief! He is a predator. He may have done a good job for others, but he clearly ripped me off. No conscience.
