I’m someone who genuinely loves going to the spa and prioritizes relaxation, so I decided to try the Fairmont Palliser Spa after previously visiting the hotel for high tea and it was good. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst spa experiences I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend it. I’ve been coming to this spa for 10+ years but the past year there’s a clear decline. This used to feel exclusive, elevated and relaxing. Now it feels the complete opposite. In September I booked a full body exfoliation and massage. The exfoliation was “missed” but the manager was good and gave me a credit. I came back today to use the credit and the massage was great but other than that it was an awful experience. I am giving a five star specifically for my facial that was done by Chona V. She made me feel comfortable and did an excellent job. My skin has never felt better. I’ll definitely be back!
From the moment you leave your car at the valet, to the water, the sauna and the friendly faces and amazing service at the spa you will leave with a smile on your face!!! Amazing!!
Great spa services and the swimming pool and hot tub are wonderful!
