This was my first visit to the Palliser location, and I have to say—the steam room and swimming pool are the biggest highlights of the space. I usually go to their sister spa just around the corner, so naturally, I ended up comparing the two. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the amenities here. The space feels dated, especially the shower area, and there was a noticeable lack of basic offerings like soaps (other guest removed them from the wall to check if there’s anything in there - see pics), lotions, and bever... read more

I recently visited this Spa from Toronto and had one of the best therapeutic massage experiences at RnR Wellness Spa. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and serene.
