Had me tow my truck to the place just to tell me they couldn't help me. When I told them what my problem was over the phone. They didn't tell me till after the tow truck had took my truck off and left. I had multiple phone conversations with the assistant manger. Wasted my morning and didn't offer to help me with another tow truck. I wish I could give no stars. Wasted my whole morning and didn't even care.
Amazing customer service! The crew at Jacksonville location is very nice, helpful, and got me exactly what I needed and in my budget. Keith helped me get an appointment over the phone and Javontte (I’m sure I spelled it wrong) explained everything very well, and talk about respectful! I’m very happy other left reviews that helped me decide to go to RandR Jacksonville
