Easy enough procces. Nice people. Just got tires, so to early to tell what kind of long term experience i will have with them, but good so far. Blaze was very helpful in finding right tires.
Always friendly. Easy to work with, and they are understanding if your issues.
RnR Tire looks to be under management. Unfortunately even i was there they only had one service technician working that day so I didn't stay long. I filled out the application for new tires but didn't have time to wait the hour it more it was going to be before they could even start working on my vehicle. Hopefully when I go back they will have more than one tech working.
The best way to describe my experience at RNR Tire Express in Bmt tx is simply this, WOW ! From the store manager (Josh) down, the entire team (Blaize and ms kara), were very customer service driven, professional, courteous and proficient at not just the service they offer and provide - they made me feel more than satisfied, they made me feel important ... I wish there was a 6th star in review ratings , they surely would have gotten that from me... the service was very expedient as well... I would highly recommend to everyon... read more
