Firstly My account manager Addison is very rude, threatens to come get my wheels when I'm only 2 days late. Came to the store to address my issue and was confronted by the store manager Mike who offered to "Take it outside" and fight me because his account manager is Very disrespectful and disrespected my wife. Hats of to Ms Lola and her assistant. Her customer service was through the roof. She greeted me properly when I entered the establishment and made sure I was well taken care off. I would highly recommend anyone to RNR and don’t forget to ask for Lola!
Excellent service. Allowed me to walk in and get a front end alignment with no wait. The counter people and the mechanics were awesome. I wish I could give it six stars.
