t I had never had a bad experience with RNR until 10-9-19, when I received a text message from Brent (the regional manager) at 9:28 a.m. and the store does not open until 10 a.m. threatening to come and pick up tires if I didn't come in by noon that I still had until the end of the day to pay on.
