UPDATE: I did the 6 month payments at max so I wouldn’t have to incur interest. I was still being charged $241.61 3 months after the 6 months. I called because they had been so kind to me before, and to my husband, and they said oh yeah you’re right, you were done April, o worries, we’ll fix it. Come July they were still charging me, not fixing anything. I tried calling again, and asked for the accounts lady, and I got out on hold, got no call back, and had to put in dispute thru my bank since I no longer live in the area. G... read more
