I would give this establishment 0 stars. But I can't, but the business struggle with keeping the customer informed. I used this business to purchase brake caliper covers that they sell from a 3rd party vendor. The tech did his part, but as far as keeping me in the loop on what was going on, that was nonexistent. The communication was lousy and then there was the case I was supposed to get a refund back since they didn't sell the part in the correct size for my vehicle, but getting a refund was comical. Very expensive, tried selling tires that were too big, we pre-ordered sensors, but they were "out" ..avoid this place!

They claim they did a alignment on my jeep. When I let them know it was wearing my front tires they had me bring in. Not even one star!! I had already been lied to about install time!! I was promised my wheels, and tires would be installed by 12 the next day. I had an emergency trip to go on, so there for im already a day late because of the lie. I was told. They didn't even have them until 5pm so I had to leave without the rims or tires. I came back from my trip then went directly to them to get my rims and tires yes it was about 4:30 in the afternoon and I had to be at work by 6:00 I asked them if they can install my tires and my wheels ... read more
RnR Tire in Lufkin has been a blessing for me but not only do they have excellent customer service they go out of their way to help you even when they are very busy. Taylor made certain that my needs were met on a weekend that I was going out of town. She took it upon herself to check my tires for me. I highly recommend them Kim Hill
they bare a rip off. do not buy from them. you will end up paying 3-4 times as much . small monthly sure. I put down 300 when I thought I was getting rims and rubber.2100 was the bill and only for used rubber. when I returned the tires 6 days later they kept the entire down payment then told me to have a nice day. they suck! Went top discount and got a much better tire(4)for 600. 1500 dollars cheaper. if they could be rated as a negative -5.
