My experience is actually going from good to bad. The staff has charged me for sensors that do not work and or charges me for merchandise that I already paid for yet they said I still owed them and refused time after time to give me a copy of all payments made. So they illegally went into my garage and literally stole the merchandise and, not only did they break the law, they stored my card without permission and ran it unauthorized. I don’t know why y’all don’t have a website that shows what you have with pricing. It’s 2026 so y’all are gonna have to upgrade that stuff or you won’t be around for long. A few years ago people came out with something called inventory management and y’all might not believe this, but you can actually have a website for each individual location and have inventory management there… I know it’s crazy but it’s true
When i was about to sign, i reiterated several times, I work for the county, I get paid thf 15th and the last day of the month. The salesperson told me no problem, we can enter in the computer as paid semi monthly. Tell me why was the 1st payment out way before my pay date. I incurred bank charge. Shirley at the Dawson location is very rude she will call your reference and discuss your business, she also was about to press charges on me due to my balance was $100 total for payout and never reached out to me first I done gave the company my new number numerous of times and plus they have my email on filed to contact me . They wait until you almost done then if something comes up they want to repo your tires after you done already gave them 2000 dollars. Not a great business work with. If you can buy your tires I'd advise you do that cause rnr takes money a the tires back and want you to pay even more money. I advise you go somewhere else. The main office makes things even worse
