I am a repeat customer for 2 different trucks!! First time I got just 35 inch tires and 20 inch rims and this 2nd time I got 35 inch tires, 20 inch rims and a 6 inch Rough Country lift. BOTH experiences were positive. Great customer service(Lance, Craig, and Tinisha), everyone took time to answer any questions I had; and I had alot of questions. Craig and his team at RnR Chesapeake knocked it out of the park. I had been in there several times over the past 3-4 months asking questions. Contemplating what l wanted. They never once forced anything on me. When l went in last week. I ordered tires, wheels and a leveling kit- scheduled it to happen 3 weeks from now. Went in on Saturday and said i cant wait. Can we do it Wednesday- man said absolutely! Thank you RnR. Definitely be back, and sending referrals.
Went in early for a 3pm appointment to get a set of tires and possibly brakes done. Lance explained everything about what they do and didn't try to upsell us services we didn't want or need! Turns out brakes were fine, as well as our suspension (which I thought were in dire need of replacing) they could have said the brakes were bad and I wouldn't have even questioned it. This is my second visit to RNR at this location and I have to say Tony is perhaps the best suspension tech I’ve ever had do an alignment on my 6 inch lifted 2020 Ram Bighorn in last six years. He took me in the back and showed me two lower control arm bolts that were loose that perhaps others missed in the past. The alignment is perfect.. no flimsy steering at all. Start to finish rock stars. They know what they are doing and take great pride in excellent customer service! They took excellent care of my restored 1967 Mustang. Will definitely be using them again in the future!
