I recently rebuilt the steering and suspension on my jeep and took it in for an alignment. Service was friendly and prompt and the shop was well kept and clean. They were finishing up one vehicle before me when I handed them my keys. An hour and a half later (which is the same amount of time or less it took pep boys to do an alignment at an earlier stage of the rebuild) they tell me my vehicle was done and there was no charge because it took so long. Seriously, I have gone EVERYWHERE from The little Mom and pop shops, to giant corporate chains. And this place (RNR) not only went above and beyond, but they made me feel like family. I came in to be my alignment done and they noticed I had a nail in the tire. And they took care of all of it at once, I was in and out in less than 45 min. The service you get from a place like this is second to none!
