When I first came here it was great; the service, the customer service, everything! I got my tires and everything I needed. As of lately however, I feel like the team is lacking communication skills. It’s frustrating when you have to consistently repeat yourself, or when they make you pay a copay and forget to order the tire they were suppose to order. The team definitely needs to communicate better, that way the customer doesn’t end up running back and forth like myself.
Your worker Bubba was so professional, so kind and was so knowledgeable of my needs. They need more employees like him. He is a great asset to your company. He was very thorough and professional.
