Both Tony and Ty were great help! Very informative about the tires I was looking for. They were friendly upon arrival both times that I had come to RNR.
All the Staff at Mishawaka location has been the best customer service I have experienced in some time. The moment you walk into the door you get the welcome "your family" vibes.. I recommend their service 100% Also I was in a time crunch on Friday for an important exam and needed a new tire, they took very goosd care of me right away and had me back on the road for my appointment without rushing!!!! Thank you so much you guys for an amazing team!!!!! Have a very Blessed day :-)
This company is shady as hell! I made a purchase of 4 tires with the 120 days same as cash option with a payment of $91 every 2 weeks which was the maximum needed to pay off in the allotted time. They began taking the payments as agreed and after a few payments, started taking the minimum payment of $48 and then went back to the max payment and back to the minimum payment.
