My caregiver took her car to Firestone and sat there for 5 hours and they still did not do her tire. They said it would be another 2 hours, 7 hours just to patch a hole in a tire. That's not right. I picked her up. I told her to get in her car and we came down the road to rnr, to get her tire repaired, and they got to work right away, they are big sweethearts.. Just wanted to take a minute and thank RNR tire Express in Mishawaka for outstanding customer service... Hard to find such services in today's world. I definitely recommend them for all your tire needs.
RNR has amazing customer service. They have flexible payment plans and even if there is a problem or anything they go above and beyond to make the customers happy. Will definitely return and continue to send business. If you need tires but can't afford that whole mess all at once go see Tony at RNR on the corner of McKinley and Hickory in Mishawaka!!!
