Worst experience ever go to Fairfield location was going to get tires they pull my car in few minutes later they come out say they couldn't get my lug nuts off to do it so I go to my mechanic he get every lug nut off no problem and put them back on what a joke if you didn't want to do the job should have just said that or you guys need to get real tire techs in to do the job I would not recommend rnr to anybody nothing but a waste of time
If you happen to take a job that you have to work out of town, they will not accept you as a customer. They are great at dicking you around with all kinds of excuses then you call ahead and they say come in, they still don't have shit in order.
Had the best experience here with Jeremy! He was very kind and made sure to go over everything with me in detail. The service was quick and the customer service was exceptional. Jeremy went above and beyond for me during a really really tough time and ended up turning my week around and fixing my car so I can safely drive with my kids and have peace of mind. Thank you so much, Jeremy! I will definitely be back to continue doing business with this him!
