If you happen to take a job that you have to work out of town, they will not accept you as a customer. They are great at dicking you around with all kinds of excuses then you call ahead and they say come in, they still don't have shit in order.
Had the best experience here with Jeremy! He was very kind and made sure to go over everything with me in detail. The service was quick and the customer service was exceptional. Jeremy went above and beyond for me during a really really tough time and ended up turning my week around and fixing my car so I can safely drive with my kids and have peace of mind. Im from the far East Side and when the RNR right down 32 from me couldn't seem to get their ducks in a row to get me in for a QUICK & SIMPLE tire change out after over a WEEK of trying, i spoke to Chad on the phone and he brought me in ON THE SPOT. I rode passed the other location and went way out of my way to go to Dixie Hwy, and it was WORTH IT. He got me in and taken care of, and out in under an hour.
