Im from the far East Side and when the RNR right down 32 from me couldn't seem to get their ducks in a row to get me in for a QUICK & SIMPLE tire change out after over a WEEK of trying, i spoke to Chad on the phone and he brought me in ON THE SPOT. I rode passed the other location and went way out of my way to go to Dixie Hwy, and it was WORTH IT. He got me in and taken care of, and out in under an hour. Great affordable tires and service as well as customer service..I highly recommend this place!!
Really disgusted with the customer service here..we had used them a about a year or so ago and had a great experience but when we we back the customer service was terrible and we were lied to more then once would not recommend them at all
