Great experience in and out quickly. Accurate assessment of current tire conditions.
My daughter went to get her tire patched but unintentionally told them the wrong tire, yet they still charged her and let her leave thinking her tire was fixed. We had to go back and pay ANOTHER $30 for them to repair the correct tire.... it is so sad how customers get treated by greedy business owners.
I just want to recognize an employee that works here that is so patient and nice. Ebony is her name. I’ll tell you what I came at her rude a few times over frustrations and bad days that she had nothing to do with! And it would have been so easy for her to return that energy I gave, nope, she was still patient and kind as can be! I can admit I was wrong and she is really a great person for that, Great customer service !!
Took my car to get 2 new tires and one of them keeps leaking air and one of the tps never worked again since I got them installed. I took it back and they wanted to charge me 20 dls to “fix” it. After some back and fourth the guy agreed to fix it free of charge but they did not fix anything. My tire still leaks air and the tps never worked again
Do not purchase anything from these people worst customer awful service experience. Management is rude and lies
