I came to RNR this past Saturday in search of 4 new tires and was mislead and waiting over 2 hours for any information to be told my tires weren’t in stock and had to be picked up. Then I called Monday and spoke with Shawn (The GM), he informed me the tires would be in that day and would update me with any details, so I went in later on and he got me on track and had me out the door in less than an hr with 4 new tires! He did an amazing job, and I appreciate his hard work and dedication to his customers!
Wait in the lobby for about 20 minutes while the single employee that was working was trying to finance an old lady some tires. Place is a joke.
