I went to Borgman Mazda down the street for a simple request of putting air in my tires. The service writer there treated me like I was a huge inconvenience and said it would be at least 30 minutes before he could find someone to do that. I drove down the street for a couple miles and pulled in here. The service was exceptional! I was immediately greeted and treated with respect.
