James, Mike, and Johntan were absolutely AMAZING! They went above and beyond to make sure I left with the rims I wanted and got me a great deal on both my new rims and tires. James even stayed after hours to make sure everything was taken care of so I could leave with my car when I got off work. That kind of customer service is hard to find! the only positive thing I can say is that they were able to get me 4 tires for a decent price, and included an alignment. other than that? terrible customer service. if you are 5 minutes late on a payment (and this is not an exaggeration my payments are every other saturday and I probably receive 3 separate messages saturday morning about the payment) they are quick to send a text, an email, and even call you but if you inquire about something serious like a blown out tire (happened to me. still waiting for them to call me a... read more
