The owner, staff, and workers are ok (I say that lightly). The management and accounting is abysmal. Daniel, the manager is very unprofessional, rude, belligerent, and customer service skills are atrocious. As stated, the accounting department overcharged my account. When I called to get details, Daniel, ultimately, told me that I had to come in to get a copy because he had an attitude and would not explain these unauthorized amounts after going back and forth about their clerical and monetary mistakes. Easy and smooth process. Read some of the reviews before going in and it was as straightforward and quick as everyone says. Li Tran was very attentive and made my overall experience 10 stars. Definitely will be sending friends and family in the near future.
Let me start by saying thank you to Daniel! I was calling around looking for tires & I came across RNR on google after calling multiple companies but nobody offered what RNR did! Which consisted of putting a small down payment to make Bi weekly payments for 4 new tires, warranty & wheel alignment included!
