I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Lawton RNR Tire Express location. Since January, I have made my agreed monthly payments of about $110 and even paid an additional $900 toward my balance. I also visited the store in March to update my payment information. Despite that, my payments were never processed after January, and no one contacted me for six months to let me know there was an issue. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and courteous. My wait time was very short.
The staff was very friendly and had me in and out. Love this program! I would recommend to other consumers. Amazing service!
The customer service was outstanding and the Winter and Brittney was amazing help with the help in getting my account set up! The service Guy was amazing too! He went that extra mile! Thank you for such a great Service experience!
R-N-R tires are some of the friendly ppl and they will work with you, just don't screw them over.
