Both of the guys up front were nice and cool, easy to deal with. When it came time for the contracts and paperwork, those ladies could use some classes in customer service and hospitality. The less time I'll have to interact with them, the better.
This was an amazing experience here at the Lawton location today. Each employee was very helpful, polite, and professional. I would recommend using RNR Tire in Lawton, OK 10 out of 10 times. I wish I could give them more than five stars, but that’s the highest they will let me give them. The same as cash price was competitive with other tire shop prices. I will buy all of my tires and wheels from them from now on. They have earned a lifetime customer out of me, and all of the business that I can send them.
Trevor and the mechanic was awesome, very professional and respectful. Great customer service, mechanics went out of his way to make sure I knew all I needed to about my wheels and tires.
