Marcus was very helpful and knowledgeable great access to RNR
Brought my car to them for a leaking tire. First time they said they didn't have time and made an appointment. Showed for appointment and they said they need to reschedule. Third time paid and they said they fixed it. Still leaking, fourth time I was told camera showed never bringing it in. I asked what did I pay $80 for then, all of a sudden he said he will make time to look at it. "Found nothing". I have to say, this RNR team did an amazing job getting my truck in, the same day I called, for tire balancing and alignment. I took my truck to Discount Tire first and brought it back a second time, hoping to fix the balancing issue. Needless to say, they didn't fix it. RNR resolved the issue, and I am now enjoying a smooth, straight ride!
Quen was great! Definitely recommend
