Great experience, quick and easy.
I had a flat tire and I was able to have it towed to RNR by my insurance. I ended up with a great deal on 4 NEW tires which was much needed. The entire situation went smoothly.
Went to get a new set of tires, confirmed the price before I arrived with the person on the phone, once more as I was signing paperwork, and a third time before I left, made sure to be very clear about asking what my total would be and was assured it would be a certain amount. After calling back next week to pay them off, the total was suddenly over $200 higher than what I was initially quoted and when I called to clarify what happened I was told that nobody ever told me that and then I was hung up on.
