I scheduled an appointmemt and they called same day which was great, however it went downhill from here. Guy on the phone had not looked at the form I filled out online, I just needed a tire repaired and he tried to sell me tires until I told him I just needed a repair. So he transferred my call to another department, no one picked up so it went to voicemail and their voicemail box was full. Terrible first impression.
