I took my fathers truck in for lowering it down for a better accessibility for him to drive , less than 3000 thousand miles later the driver side ball joint has gone out , took it back to them to have the front end checked out and their own technician said ball joint was out , I asked if they can replace it he stated they couldn't, so I called around and found Firestone and they took a look and said the front end was lowered incorrectly and that was the cause of the failure, I spoke back to manager at above store and was tol... read more

The whole store did an amazing job. The main employee that helped and conversed about stuff with me that I brought up that is going on in my life. Really friendly, I ended up knowing his wife from way back in the school days
