These guys are unbelievable! Tony and Sonia far exceeded customer service standards and treated me as if I was family. I had a very bad situation happen with my vehicle and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road and safe. RNR Tires in Reno is the place to go. Hands down the best. I will return when it is time for new tires. Thank you guys!

If I could give them zero stars, I would at first I thought this Company was great. They set me up with tires. I made payments solid for over two years. They don’t even tell you about the payout early or any options. They just let you keep paying as long as you’re willing to pay But also my wife got sick and I went out on FMLA and this company has no compassion. Highly disappointed with my service here. Last week I had came in to get my tire patched due to a nail. I had purchased tires from here in April. Waited nearly 3 1/2 hours just to receive a patch that wasn’t put on right and wasn’t glued. It was like taking a piece of duct tape to a leaking water faucet. I didn’t get out of there till about 6:45… 45 minutes after closing time. I had arrived at 3:20 10 minutes before my appointment.
